One Piece Film Red Tops Japan's Box Office for 2022
One Piece Film Red released in Japan on August 6, 2022. On its opening day, the film brought in 1.2 billion yen (around 9.1 million USD). From August to December, One Piece Film Red has earned roughly 19.7 billion yen (around 150.2 million USD), making it the highest-grossing film in Japan for 2022.
With over 13 million tickets sold in Japan alone, the One Piece franchise has announced that the film's historic theater run will come to an end on January 29, 2023.
