The second Season is Confirmed for The Idolm@ster Shiny Colors Anime!

“The Idolm@ster Shiny Colors" franchise announced a second season of its anime series, revealed during the "THE IDOLM@STER SHINY COLORS 6th LIVE TOUR Come and Unite! Brilliant Bloom" concert. The upcoming 12-episode season is set to premiere on television in the fall, following screenings in Japanese cinemas starting July 5.

Before the television debut, the second season will be shown in theaters as three films. The first film runs from July 5 to July 25, the second from August 23 to September 12, and the third from September 20 to October 10.

Directed by Mankyū and produced by Polygon Pictures, the anime follows scripts supervised and written by Yoichi Kato. The opening theme song, "Tsubasa Gravity," accompanies the series.

Originating from Bandai Namco Entertainment's browser game released in April 2018, "The Idolm@ster Shiny Colors" franchise includes various media adaptations, concerts, merchandise, and games. The franchise continues to expand with the announcement of "The Idolm@ster Shiny Colors: Song for Prism" smartphone game.
